If the washing machine is leaking, this could be the source. If it is leaking or not filling the machine correctly, it should be replaced.Pull the washing machine out so that the back panel is accessible. To start, disconnect the water power. Locate the inlet valve assembly and disconnect the wires to the solenoid. To start, disconnect the assembly from its water source. Remove it and install the new water inlet. Reassemble the machine and reconnect the water and power. This water inlet assembly is a plastic part that is sold individually.
