Lower Spray Arm 00359975

This is a genuine OEM replacement lower spray arm sourced directly from the manufacturer for use in dishwashers. This arm rotates and sprays water to clean dishes during the wash cycle. This is the lower spray arm that sprays from the bottom up when washing the dishes. Normal wear and tear can cause the arm not to spray water or to spray less water than it should. Hard water can cause calcium deposits that block the water spray, or the arm may become bent and not rotate correctly. If this occurs, the spray arm should be replaced. Tools are not needed to make this repair. To start, disconnect the power to the dishwasher. Open the dishwasher and remove the bottom rack. Lift up on the body of the spray arm and turn it counter-clockwise. This will unscrew the arm from the dishwasher. Remove it and place the new arm in place. Turn clockwise until it feels tight. Place the dishwasher rack back inside and turn the power back on to the machine. This lower spray arm is made of durable grey molded plastic and is sold individually. It is designed for dishwashers made by Bosch.
