This lower dish rack wheel and stud assembly is a genuine OEM replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer for use in dishwashers. This is a wheel that is found on the lower rack that provides movement in and out of the dishwasher. If the wheel is missing or damaged, the rack will be difficult to pull in and out for loading dishes. A damaged or missing wheel may also cause the rack to sit unevenly in the dishwasher and possibly cause pots and pans to jostle around during the wash cycle.
